Shipping & Delivery Policies
Orders under $100 are charged a flat rate shipping of $10.00
Order OVER $100 are shipped free.
Shipping Schedule
Orders placed before 2pm Central Time Monday-Friday are shipped the same day.
Orders placed AFTER 2pm Central Time Monday-Friday are shipping the following day.
Orders placed Saturday and Sunday are shipped Monday.
Signature Required
All Vacuum Cleaners, Air Purifiers and Humidifiers are shipped insured with Signature Required at time of delivery.
Local Delivery
Local delivery of appliances ( Vacuum Cleaners, Air-Purifiers and Humidifiers) is available within a 5-mile radius of our Lincoln Park Location.
Same-Day and Next- Day delivery options are available. Simply choose "Local Delivery" at checkout and a scheduler will call you to arrange a convenient time.
In-Store Pick Up
Orders are ready for pick up at our Lincoln Park and Oak Park locations within 2-hours of purchase. Please call your selected store location upon arrival for curbside-pick up.

Returns
All items are returnable within 30 days of purchase.

Defective Items
If you receive an item with a material or functional defect it will be replaced with the identical item at no charge to you. Just call us for a free return label and re-shipment of the defective item.

Exchange
Items may be exchanged for any reason within 30 days. A pre-paid return label will be issued and the replacement item shipped at no charge to you.

Return
If you are not satisfied with any item, please call us to obtain a Return Authorization number prior to shipping your item back for refund. Items returned for refund must be in original packaging with all accessories and instruction booklets.
